Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. is seeking a full-time delivery associate to drive a PepsiCo truck on a local route in Blue Earth, MN. You will deliver and check in orders, stock shelves, rotate inventory, and maintain daily records using provided tools. This role emphasizes building strong relationships with store managers and supporting national and local initiatives.

Expected start time varies with route and involves lifting up to 40 lbs. On-the-job training and competitive benefits accompany this position.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.
