PepsiCo is seeking a driver to operate a company truck on local routes in Hawaii. You will deliver and verify orders, load and stock shelves, rotate inventory, and maintain daily records with provided tools. You will develop strong relationships with store managers to support sales initiatives and display execution.

The role includes on-the-job training, a fast-paced environment, and opportunities for career growth within PepsiCo.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsabilités

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives

• Schedule: Variable schedule, 2 days off per week,, Depending on the route assigned to Start time between 1am-5am - When work is complete Approximately 8-10 hour after start time
