Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a full‑time route driver based in Hyde Park, Utah. Start time is 4:00 AM, with end times varying by route completion. Relief pool work supports vacations and market needs across the region.

You will deliver, stock, and rotate products in stores, maintain delivery records, and build strong relationships with store teams while learning on‑the‑job with provided training. Health & lifestyle benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.
