Job summary

PepsiCo in Houston, TX is hiring a full-time delivery driver to serve local stores. You will drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, deliver and check in orders, unload product, stock shelves, and build relationships with store managers.

The role requires 21+ years, a valid driver's license with insurance, ability to obtain other licenses, and the ability to lift 40 lbs. On-the-job training, a fast-paced environment, and benefits are provided.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.
