Job summary

PepsiCo in Harrisonburg, VA is seeking a motivated Route Driver to service local stores, stock shelves with popular brands, and help keep shelves full and fresh for customers.

You’ll drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, deliver and check in orders, unload product, rotate inventory, and build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales and execute programs. Start times vary, with early starts common.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
• Valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives

• Start Time: Depends on the route. Average start time 5AM but can be as early as 2 AM depending on route
