Job summary

PepsiCo, based in Gilbert, AZ, is seeking a Sales & Merchandising professional to drive a PepsiCo truck on a local route and service convenience stores and grocers. You will unload products, stock shelves, rotate inventory for freshness, and record daily activity using provided tools.

A focus on building strong relationships with store managers to grow sales and execute national and local initiatives is required.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
