Job summary

PepsiCo in Frisco, TX is seeking a full-time route driver to support local stores with reliable service and on-time deliveries. The role requires early hours and physical work, with training provided to operate delivery tools and manage inventory.

You will Stock shelves, verify deliveries, and develop strong partnerships with store teams to help execute marketing initiatives and maintain product freshness.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Frequent lifting up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams, collecting proof of delivery as needed
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory for freshness
• Place orders and maintain records using provided tools (training provided)
• Build relationships with store managers to grow sales and execute initiatives

What You’ll Do

• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
