Job summary

PepsiCo is hiring a Route Delivery Associate in Dover, NH to drive a PepsiCo truck on local routes and stock shelves. You will deliver orders, verify deliveries, unload products, and rotate stock to ensure freshness for customers. Training is provided and you will work in a high-energy, on-the-go environment.

Ideal candidates are 21+, with a valid license and ability to lift 40 lbs and operate with safety and efficiency on busy routes.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
