Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a full-time Route Driver in Davenport, IA. You will operate a PepsiCo truck on a local route, deliver and stock products at stores, and build strong relationships with store teams to support sales goals.

Starting in the relief pool, you’ll receive on-the-job and classroom training. The role involves early starts (around 4–5 am), significant lifting, and daily interaction with store staff, with competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Possess a valid driver's license with proof of insurance.
• Ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Able to frequently lift 40 lbs.
• Maintain professional relationships with store partners.
