Job summary

Crystal Clean LLC is seeking a Route Sales & Service Representative to drive sales growth and deliver on-site service at customer facilities. You will manage accounts, schedule pickups, operate our equipment, and uphold safety standards while representing a friendly, customer-focused approach.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, is tech-savvy, and is willing to obtain or maintain certifications. Prior route sales experience is a plus but not required.

• Ensure Safety and Efficiency: Adhere to all safety guidelines, inspect your vehicle and equipment, and align work orders to minimize travel time.
• Cultivate Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, pursue additional services, and generate new business opportunities.
• Achieve Goals: Meet sales quotas and contribute to overall revenue growth.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong Communicator: Excellent communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Customer-Focused: Ability to engage effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in operating various equipment, including electronic devices and truck gear.
• Experienced: Route sales experience is a plus, but not required.
• Certified: High School diploma or equivalent, with a Class B CDL, Med Card, Airbrake, and HAZMAT certifications.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift materials weighing up to 80lbs regularly.
• Handle and maneuver drums of waste/product, sometimes exceeding 400lbs.
• Complete a pre-employment physical and drug screening.
• Diverse work settings with varying noise levels.
• Frequent physical activity including bending, lifting, and climbing.

The compensation for this role is comprised of a weekly base salary, plus bonuses and uncapped commission. Actual total earnings will vary based on performance and location and may fall outside of the range shown. Average Annual Earnings: $60,000 -70,000k plus a year and includes benefits such as the following:

Pay Range: The estimated pay range for this job. Disclosing pay information promotes competitive and equitable pay. The actual pay rate will depend on the person’s qualifications and experience. $15,600.00 - $52,000.00 / year
