Job summary

Survey Merchandiser is seeking independent contractors to work as Retail Merchandisers for a project in Point Pleasant, NJ and Brick, NJ, paying $20/hr. Each route consists of 2–4 stores with about 1.5 hours per location.

This is a routed project with start on November 2, 2026, at 6:00 AM, requiring arrival 15 minutes early. Responsibilities include resetting flowers and products per planogram, tagging prices, cleaning shelves, taking before/after photos, and reporting to the app.

Qualifications

• Proven retail merchandising experience.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the store on the scheduled reset date and start time.
• Merchandise Flower Foods products to the planogram and install the correct price tags.
• Clean shelves, organize the sections and capture required before/after photos.
• Ensure all Flower Foods shelf areas are properly reset, stocked, tagged, and maintained.
• Check out with store manager upon completion of the reset.
• Submit Before/After photos via Survey Merchandiser APP.
