Job summary

Survey Merchandiser is seeking independent contractors to work as Retail Merchandisers for a project in Point Pleasant, NJ and Brick, NJ, paying $20/hr. This is a routed project with a 2–4 store route and about 1.5 hours per location.

Start Date: November 2, 2026 at 6:00 AM. Arrive 15 minutes early. Responsibilities include stocking Flower Foods products per planogram, applying price tags, cleaning shelves, taking before/after photos, and checking out with the store manager after completion.

Qualifications

• Experience: Proven retail merchandising experience.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Smartphone with the Survey Merchandiser App; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the store on the scheduled reset date and start time.
• Merchandise Flower Foods products to the planogram and install the correct price tags.
• Clean shelves, organize the sections and capture required before/after photos.
• Ensure all Flower Foods shelf areas are properly reset, stocked, tagged, and maintained.
• Check out with store manager upon completion of the reset.
• Submit Before/After photos via Survey Merchandiser APP.

Requirements (Must Have)
