Job summary

Mission Linen Supply is seeking motivated Route Sales & Service Representatives to manage an established customer route, grow accounts, and earn real commission on the business you build. This B2B sales role combines outside sales with account management and comes with a truck.

Starting pay is $22 per hour with potential to exceed $80,000 annually as you develop your route and drive new business, including uncapped commissions. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, a retirement plan, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and customer service experience required.
• Valid Class C driver's license — no CDL required.
• Clean driving record in the last 3 years.
• Ability to load/unload up to 50 lbs daily.
• Ability to drive a 26' bobtail truck.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a designated route; account management and outside sales.
• Prospect and close new business within territory.
• Upsell existing customers on additional products and services.
• Learn new technology and adapt to updates independently.
• Deliver and pick up linen, uniforms, and related products on schedule.
• Build long-term customer relationships with responsive service.
• Resolve service issues quickly and keep customers satisfied.
• Handle invoicing, collections, and accurate records.
• Maintain vehicle and represent the company professionally at every stop.

Compensation

• Starting pay $22 an hour (based on experience, qualifications, and location)
• Once assigned a route average total annual compensation exceeds $80,000, with uncapped commission potential based on the new business and account growth you drive
