Job summary

Mission Linen Supply is seeking a motivated Route Sales & Service Representative in California. This role blends account management with outside sales, handling a designated customer route and growing business beyond delivery.

You will build relationships, upsell services, and ensure timely delivery and pickups. CDL is not required, but a valid Class C license and clean driving record are necessary for this territory-focused position.

Qualifications

• Clean driving record in last 3 years (or 36 months).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs daily; able to drive a 26' bobtail truck.

Responsibilities

Mission Linen Supply is hiring motivated, sales-driven Route Sales & Service Representatives to manage an established customer route, grow accounts, and earn real commission on the business you build. This isn't a delivery job with a sales title, it's a B2B sales and account management role that happens to come with a truck.

Compensation

• Starting pay:$25.55 an hour (based on experience, qualifications, and location)
• Once assigned a route: average total annual compensation exceeds $80,000, with uncapped commission potential based on the new business and account growth you drive

• Maintain your vehicle and represent the company professionally at every stop
