Job summary

Mission Linen Supply is seeking a Route Sales & Service Representative in California to own and grow a designated route, combining account management with outside sales. You will prospect and close new business, upsell existing customers, and deliver linen and uniforms on schedule.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and customer service experience required.
• Valid Class C driver's license — no CDL required.
• Clean driving record in the last 3 years.
• Comfortable loading/unloading up to 50 lbs daily.
• Ability to drive a 26’ bobtail truck.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a designated route; account management and outside sales.
• Prospect and close new business within your territory.
• Upsell existing customers on additional products and services.
• Deliver and pick up linen, uniforms, and related products on schedule.
• Build long-term customer relationships with professional service.
• Handle invoicing, collections, and accurate records.

Compensation

• Starting pay$25.55 an hour (based on experience, qualifications, and location)
• Once assigned a route average total annual compensation exceeds $80,000, with uncapped commission potential based on the new business and account growth you drive
