Job summary

Mission Linen Supply is seeking motivated, route-driven sales professionals to manage an established customer route, grow accounts, and earn real commission on the business you build. This is a B2B route sales role with a truck, not a pure delivery job.

You will own and grow a designated route, prospect and close new business within your territory, and upsell existing customers on additional products and services, while delivering linen and related products on schedule.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and customer service experience required
• Valid Class C driver's license with clean record in last 3 years
• Able to load/unload up to 50 lbs daily
• Ability to operate a 26’ bobtail truck

Job description

Mission Linen Supply is hiring motivated, sales-driven Route Sales & Service Representatives to manage an established customer route, grow accounts, and earn real commission on the business you build. This isn't a delivery job with a sales title, it's a B2B sales and account management role that happens to come with a truck.

Compensation

• Starting pay $26.41 an hour (based on experience, qualifications, and location)
• Once assigned a route average total annual compensation exceeds $80,000, with uncapped commission potential based on the new business and account growth you drive

• Handle invoicing, collections, and accurate transaction records
• Maintain your vehicle and represent the company professionally at every stop

Qualifications

• Proven sales and customer service experience required
• Valid Class C driver's license — no CDL required
• Clean driving record in the last 3 year or 36 months
• Comfortable loading/unloading up to 50 lbs daily
• Ability to drive a 26’ bobtail truck
