• Sales and customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional appearance per company standards.
• Call on prospective customers to solicit new business.
• Inform regular customers of new products or services.
• Drive a truck to deliver laundry and/or uniforms to customer locations.
• Collect or pickup rejected or unsold items and load/unload the truck.
• Foster customer goodwill through attentive service and courtesy.
• Address complaints professionally and keep the supervisor informed.
• Record delivery and inventory information on daily invoices.
• Attend training and service department meetings.
