Job summary

Mission Linen Supply in Tucson seeks a Route Sales Representative to own and grow a designated route, managing accounts and driving new business beyond delivery. You will upsell, build long-term relationships, and ensure service excellence while meeting route schedules.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and customer service experience required.
• Valid Class C driver's license — no CDL required.
• Clean driving record in the last 3 year or 36 months.
• Comfortable loading/unloading up to 50 lbs daily.
• Ability to drive a 26’ bobtail truck.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a designated route, this is account management and outside sales, not just delivery.
• Prospect and close new business within your territory.
• Upsell existing customers on additional products and services.
• Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn new technology, adapt to updates independently, and pick up new systems with minimal training.
• Deliver and pick up linen, uniforms, and related products on schedule.
• Build long-term customer relationships through responsive, professional service.
• Resolve service issues quickly and keep customers satisfied.
• Handle invoicing, collections, and accurate transaction records.
• Maintain your vehicle and represent the company professionally at every stop.

Compensation

• Starting pay $22.93 an hour (based on experience, qualifications, and location)
• Once assigned a route average total annual compensation exceeds $80,000, with uncapped commission potential based on the new business and account growth you drive
