Job summary

Adecco US, Inc. is recruiting for a Route Planner in Coppell, TX (75019) on-site. The role focuses on improving route efficiency, defining KPIs, and collaborating with local teams to ensure accurate service windows and locations.

You will work Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM CST, earning $36.00 per hour, with weekly pay and access to onboarding support and Aspire Academy for training.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of route analysis and logistics.
• Knowledge in supply chain analytics.
• Strong consultative, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal/communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify route optimization protocols and address related issues.
• Drive continuous improvement in regional optimization with end-to-end understanding.
• Define KPIs and design dashboards to track them.
• Update route planning dashboards weekly.
• Ensure route efficiency through collaboration with market employees and route analysis.
• Leverage systems and process redesign to improve cost, quality, and efficiency.
