Job summary

American Greetings is seeking a self-motivated Merchandiser to service multiple retail locations in and around Cambridge, MA. You will display and maintain inventory of greeting cards, gift wrap, party goods, plush and more on your assigned route, demonstrating strong organization and time management.

The role offers part-time hours with a steady schedule, paid training, and a 401(k) with company match. You’ll work with store teams during daytime hours and adapt to peak seasonal periods.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English is required
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
• Access to reliable transportation as most routes have multiple retail locations
• Access to reliable internet to receive critical job information and updates
• Technological competency—able to learn and use company provided tablet for training and daily activity/tasks
• Meet scheduling needs - Occasional weekends and holidays as needed

Responsibilities

• Service stores on your assigned route, including merchandising and organizing product orders
• Display product within greeting card departments and other retail locations
• Maintain organized backroom areas and other inventory tasks
• Communicate with management about service or schedules
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment with strong time management
• Partner with store associates and management during daytime hours
• Available for additional days and extended hours around major holidays
• Assist with store resets, fixture work, or product relocation as requested
• Plan weekly service schedule using a company tablet
• Work independently and as part of a team
