Job summary

Coca-Cola Consolidated is seeking a Merchandiser to present products at customer retail locations in the High Point, Archdale, and Greensboro areas. You will service multiple accounts, follow planograms, and communicate with store management to optimize product visibility.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, including listening, speaking, and writing.
• Prior customer service experience in retail preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs repeatedly).
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to satisfy diverse customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products on display and shelf per procedures and programs.
• Moves product from backroom to display.
• Creates and distributes point-of-sale materials and maintains seasonal merchandisers.
• Organizes back room inventory and coordinates with vendors.
• Maintains relationships with store personnel through follow-ups on requests and opportunities.
