Job summary

FCC Environmental Services, LLC seeks a Route Operations Manager to oversee daily route assignments and ensure service quality across customer contracts. You will monitor driver performance, safety, and attendance, resolve issues, and coordinate with Safety and HR on testing and regulatory compliance.

The role requires experience in the waste industry with DOT regulations, a strong eye for detail, and a dependable, professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Manages daily route assignments to ensure all customers are serviced per contracts.
• Monitors service, safety and production of all drivers on the assigned route.
• Manages driver time and attendance to ensure efficiency.
• Resolves issues with driver errors and missed pickups.
• Oversees driver compliance with regulatory agencies and company training.
• Coordinates with Safety and HR for drug/alcohol testing and physical requirements.
• Investigates incidents and injuries and suggests improvements and training.
• Maintains relationships with dispatch regarding customer service and issues.
• Works with Operations and HR to resolve employee relations concerns.
• Manages DOT compliance documentation and audits daily driver records.
