What You'll Do

Think of your route as your own small business. We supply the truck, the customers, and the game plan—you take ownership and deliver outstanding results.

• Apply lawn care treatments such as fertilization, weed control, and aeration
• Conduct routine inspections of customer lawns and recommend services
• Operate and maintain equipment safely and professionally
• Deliver a friendly, informed, and helpful customer experience
• Promote services by canvassing neighborhoods on non-treatment days, offering free quotes, and supporting business growth
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions, lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs for 8-10 hour shifts

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Candidates must meet background check requirements
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
• Comfortable working solo or as part of a team
• Willingness to learn—we'll provide the training
• Reliable, professional, and safety-focused

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Salary: $40,000-$50,000/year
