Job summary

AVI Foodsystems is seeking a friendly and hardworking individual for the role of Service Route Floater, Full-time. The duties include loading the company vehicle, delivering to client locations, stocking shelves, and ensuring refrigeration at accounts.

Requirements include being 21+, a valid driver’s license (CDL not required), ability to pass the DOT Physical, and the capacity to lift up to 50 pounds. Competitive benefits available for full-time team members.

Responsibilities

• Ensure vehicle is loaded with all products for service locations.
• Drive to client locations and deliver, load, and unload products as requested.
• Stock shelves or vending machines and ensure refrigeration of all cold foods.
• Oversee ordering and inventory, collect unsold merchandise, and collect machine payments.
• Maintain machines and vehicle cleanliness and perform routine maintenance.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ensure company vehicle is properly loaded with all product needed to service locations
• Drive vehicle to transport products and food to client locations
• Deliver, load, and unload products and food as requested
• Place stock on shelves or racks in vending machines or coolers
• Ensure the refrigeration of all cold food products in truck and at accounts
• Oversee the ordering of merchandise and control inventory
• Collect unsold and stale merchandise
• Collect money, including coins and bills, from machines
• Communicate positively with customers by making eye contact and smiling
• Perform routine maintenance and sanitation of machines at accounts
• Manage the care of the company vehicle

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older to operate a company vehicle
• Valid driver's license (a CDL is NOT required) and a good driving record
• Ability to pass the DOT Physical
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
