Holiday Wholesale, Inc. is seeking a reliable Route Driver to join our team in the Oconomowoc, Hartford, or Jefferson area. You will deliver goods on assigned routes, load and unload, and maintain vehicle safety and records.

The role requires independent work, a good driving record, and strong customer service. We offer a stable full-time position with 10- to 12-hour days, Tuesday through Friday, and opportunities to grow within the company while ensuring on-time deliveries and excellent service

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience as a route driver or in a similar position.
• Ability to operate a straight box truck.
• Strong knowledge of traffic laws and safe driving practices.

Responsibilities

• Drive assigned routes in a safe and timely manner ensuring delivery schedules are met.
• Load and unload goods, ensuring that they are secured and protected during transit.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including signatures, invoices, and receipts for goods delivered.
• Provide exceptional customer service by building relationships and addressing any delivery-related concerns or questions.
• Report any vehicle maintenance issues or accidents to management immediately for prompt resolution.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies to maintain a safe driving record and ensure compliance.
