Job summary

Culligan 144IA seeks a delivery driver to safely operate company vehicles, delivering water products and replacement parts to customers in the Sioux City area. You will test equipment, troubleshoot simple issues, and install or remove water treatment systems as needed.

You will also educate customers on water quality, pursue upgrade opportunities, manage orders and payments, and keep the vehicle and inventory organized for efficient routing.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication abilities are required.
• Interpersonal skills for customer interaction are essential.
• Mechanically inclined with basic troubleshooting capability is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company vehicle to deliver 5-gallon water bottles, salt bags, and filters to homes and businesses.
• Perform standard equipment functionality tests and troubleshoot basic malfunctions; install/remove water treatment systems.
• Act as a brand ambassador, address customer questions, resolve minor complaints, and educate on water quality.
• Identify opportunities to upgrade equipment, suggest additional products, and generate new accounts.
• Plan and execute your route efficiently to minimize miles and meet delivery requirements.
• Accurately process delivery orders, collect payments, and manage invoices and route books.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and load/unload products using dollies or forklifts.
