Job summary

Canteen is hiring for a full-time Route Driver - Vending in Paragould, AR. You will drive a company vehicle on a defined route to restock vending machines and service client accounts, presenting a professional image and building lasting relationships.

The role requires at least 3 years of driving experience, a valid Non-CDL Class C license, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. Experience with handheld devices is preferred; compensation is hourly with potential commission eligibility.

Qualifications

• 3 years driving experience required.
• Valid Non-CDL Class C driver’s license required, enabling safe operation of company vehicles.
• Preferred 1–2 years of customer service experience.
• Proficient with handheld computer; training provided.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs on a consistent basis.
• Ability to operate or learn material handling equipment.
• Able to work independently and manage route unsupervised most of the day.

Responsibilities

• Maintain proper inventory levels for vending machines.
• Rotate products to ensure freshness at client locations.
• Provide excellent client and customer service.
• Inform clients about new products and resolve service issues.
• Set up displays and distribute sales promotion materials.
• Handle receipts, invoices, delivery tickets, and cash.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
