Job summary

Compass Group USA's Canteen division in Rochester, MN is hiring a full-time Route Driver - Utility (Relief Driver). You will drive a company truck on a fixed route, deliver beverages and snacks, and assist the regular driver as needed.

The schedule is Monday through Friday with start times between 4:00 am and 5:00 am. A valid driver's license is required, and there is a $25.00/hour base pay with a $1000 weekly minimum or commission possibility; online applications only.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and safe operation of company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Drives company truck on a fixed route and delivers products to customers.
• May assist with opening/closing and training of new route staff.
• Loads stock, refills machines, and handles cash/transactions.
• Contacts customers to ensure service adequacy and promote products.
• Maintains clean, safe work environment and performs other duties as assigned.
