Job summary

Compass Group USA's Canteen division seeks a Route Driver - Utility (Relief Driver) for a full-time shift in Eau Claire, WI. The driver will operate a company truck on a defined route, service vending machines, and interact with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license, ensuring safe operation of company vehicles in accordance with traffic laws and conditions.
• Prior route driving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drives company-owned truck over established route to deliver and sell products or render services.
• May assist Customer Service Managers with daily opening and closing of the operation, and training of new route service personnel.
• Delivers items to customer sites and reconciles cash or merchandise.
• Loads stock and prepares order forms for products; maintains machines and performs routine maintenance.
• Represents company in a professional manner and resolves customer concerns.
