K&M Tire in Toledo, Ohio is seeking a Route Driver to deliver tires and related items with dependable service. You will perform daily pre-route checks, drive on assigned routes, and maintain professional customer interactions while adhering to safety and company policies.

The role emphasizes on-time deliveries, load securing, and effective communication with supervisors. Local routing and warehouse support may be required as needed.

Qualificações

• Must read, write and communicate effectively.
• Ability to learn tire knowledge and ensure accuracy.
• Must lift up to 75 pounds and work safely.
• Two years of work experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service and handle complaints professionally.
• Conduct daily pre-route inspections using the ELog interface.
• Transport and deliver items to customers on assigned route safely.
• Unloading, loading and securing loads efficiently and organized.
• Maintain communication with supervisor about issues.
• Ensure all loads are secured and deliveries captured with signatures.
• Follow traffic laws and company driving policies.
• Support warehouse duties when needed.
• Stay compliant with daily ELog requirements and route path.
