Job summary

WM (Waste Management) is seeking a Shred-it Route Driver to provide industry-leading service for confidential material destruction. You will transport, load, unload, and securely manage documents while following safety rules and all regulations.

Responsibilities include on-site/off-site destruction, route management, and customer service excellence. Requires a valid license, 3 years of driving/route experience, and a high school diploma or GED. Benefits and growth opportunities are emphasized.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience, preferably in driving Box Trucks and route management.
• Valid Driver's License.
• High School Diploma or GED (accredited).

Responsibilities

• Performs onsite/offsite document destruction of confidential information.
• Operates company equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Maintains DOT logs when applicable and adheres to hours of service.
• Manages routes to service accounts with accuracy and timeliness.
• Safely loads/unloads the delivery vehicle and secures cargo.
