Job summary

Safety-Kleen, a subsidiary of Clean Harbors, in Williston, ND, seeks a Route Driver / Sales & Service Representative. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with nights and weekends off, a CDL-class B requirement (Hazmat/Tanker within 90 days), and opportunities for growth.

You will operate a Class B box truck, build customer relationships, and upsell services. The package includes company-paid training, comprehensive benefits and a 401(k) with company match, and an Employee Stock Purchase

Qualifications

• Class B CDL is required.
• Hazmat and Tanker endorsements must be obtained within 90 days of employment.
• Basic computer and math skills are required.

• Background check, drug test, and medical exam as per position.
• Preferred: commercial route driving experience (Class C or Non-CDL).

Responsibilities

• Commit to Health and Safety as the top priority and follow all safe work practices and policies.

• Switch out 15- and 30-gallon drums of solutions.
• Service parts washer machines and remove sediment from sinks.
• Upsell at customer locations and generate new leads in the field.

• Complete daily scheduled services, deliveries, and pickups on time.
• Follow all local, state, and federal regulations and rules.
• Safely operate vehicles in compliance with DOT and other requirements.
• Observe environmental health and safety guidelines.

Important Job Details

General labor is an essential part of the role, including moving containers ranging from 5-gallon pails to 55-gallon drums using hand carts, drum dollies, pallet jacks, and other equipment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow all local, state (provincial) and federal compliance regulations and rules
• Safely operate vehicles in accordance with U.S. DOT, local, state (provincial) and federal requirements
• Observe all company environmental health and safety operating guidelines
• Performs other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Qualifications:

• Class B CDL
• Obtain Hazmat and Tanker endorsement within 90 days of employment
