Job Summary

We are hiring immediately for a full‑time ROUTE DRIVER – OFFICE COFFEE position at Canteen, located at 1000 East Hammond Lane, Phoenix, AZ 85034. The position is full‑time, Monday through Friday, with a 3:00 am start time. Required: previous route driving, merchandising, and customer service experience; valid driver’s license. Pay rate: $22.00 per hour. Additional compensation may include commission and an internal employee referral bonus.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain proper inventory levels and product distribution for vending machines.
• Provide client and customer satisfaction in every aspect of job performance.
• Display a clear understanding of company policies and administer them as needed.
• Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of vending machines and related equipment.
• Conduct minor service and adjustments on machines, reporting defective equipment to maintenance personnel.
• Ensure the truck is properly loaded with all required product before each route.
• Inform regular clients and customers of new products or services, and resolve service complaints.
• Set up merchandise and sales promotion displays or issue promotion materials.
• Accountable for receipt of goods, invoices, delivery tickets, and cash.
• Conduct inventory reconciliation per district procedures.
• Keep company vehicle clean and organized; perform pre‑ and post‑trip inspections.
• Perform all job functions safely and professionally.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 3 years of driving experience required.
• Valid non‑CDL Class C driver’s license.
• Preferred 1–2 years of customer‑service experience or at least 1 year of related experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently.
• Willingness to learn how to operate material‑handling equipment (box truck, handcarts, etc.).
• Ability to work independently and be unsupervised 98 % of the workday.
