Job summary

Johnson Brothers is seeking a Non-CDL Delivery Driver to safely deliver beverage products across West Virginia. You will load and unload, inspect vehicles, verify invoices, and maintain delivery records while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, a good driving record, and the ability to lift up to 65 lbs. This full-time position offers $19.50/hour with a comprehensive benefits package and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Previous Delivery Driving experience is required.
• A good driving record is necessary.
• Heavy repetitive lifting up to 65 lbs is involved.
• Good knowledge of the surrounding area is preferred.
• Detail oriented with strong reliability.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company delivery vehicles in accordance with regulations and safety standards.
• Deliver products to customer locations according to routes and schedules.
• Load, unload and transport products, including cases and kegs.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report issues.
• Verify delivery orders, invoices, and documentation for accuracy.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and collect signatures as required.
• Provide professional customer service during interactions.
• Communicate delivery status to supervisors and team members.
• Follow lifting, loading, and unloading procedures and keep vehicles clean.
• Assist with warehouse, inventory, and other duties as assigned.
