Job summary

Chadwell Supply is a family-owned maintenance supplier with 30 branches nationwide, seeking a Route Driver in Minnesota. You will operate a box truck, deliver products, and provide friendly service to our customers while upholding safety standards.

We offer a competitive pay range of $23.60–$29.00 per hour, plus performance bonuses, full-time hours Monday–Friday, paid holidays, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and a 401K. No weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Minimum 1 year of Box Truck (16' minimum) or equivalent experience.
• DOT regulation knowledge and experience.
• Navigation proficiency.
• Time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate a box truck to transport products between facilities and route drivers.
• Follow traffic laws and road conditions while driving.
• Provide excellent customer satisfaction through timely, accurate deliveries and communication.

Overview
Chadwell Supply is a successful family-owned maintenance supply company with 30 branches nationwide. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, and detail-minded individual to work as a Chadwell Supply Route Driver.

What you will need

• You must be 21years or older.
• You must be in good physical condition and capable of lifting in excess of 60 pounds, standing for extended periods of time, able to climb steps and ladders, and capable of bending, stooping, and carrying products up steps, stairs, and down ramps and walkways.
• You must have a valid driver's license.
• Minimum of 1 year of priorBox Truck (16' minimum) or equivalent experience.
• DOT regulation knowledge and experience.
• Navigation proficiency
• Time Management Skills

How you will make an impact

• Operates a box truck to transport products, goods, and materials from and between distribution facilities and route drivers.
• Observes, obeys, and abides by all traffic signs, laws, and road conditions when operating any motorized vehicle.
• Strives to provide excellent customer satisfaction through prompt and accurate product delivery and communication with company and customer personnel.
• Performs a daily inspection of the delivery vehicle, including all fluid levels, tire pressure, tire condition, and evaluating general roadworthiness to ensure the vehicle meets DOT requirements.
