Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory and distribute products to micro markets.
• Provide excellent client and customer satisfaction.
• Follow company policies and administer them as needed.
• Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of micro markets and equipment.
• Conduct minor service on markets; report defective equipment.
• Ensure truck is loaded with products before each route.
• Inform clients about new products and resolve complaints.
• Set up merchandise and promotional displays.
• Account for receipts, invoices, cash, and product deliveries.
• Conduct inventory reconciliation and vehicle inspections.

Job Summary

The Route Driver drives a company vehicle over an established route to deliver products or render services and maintains micro markets and related equipment. The Driver represents the company at all times, projecting a professional and positive image while building excellent client and customer relationships. This role offers a fixed pay rate of $25.85 per hour, internal employee referral bonuses, and may include commission eligibility.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain proper inventory levels and product distribution for micro markets.
• Provide client and customer satisfaction in every aspect of job performance.
• Display a clear understanding of company policies and administer them as needed.
• Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of micro markets and related equipment.
• Conduct minor service and adjustments on markets; report defective equipment to designated maintenance repair service operators or technicians as required.
• Prior to each day’s route, ensure the truck is fully loaded with all product required to service scheduled markets following operational procedures.
• Inform regular clients and customers about new products or services, listen to and resolve service complaints.
• Set up merchandise and sales promotion displays or issue sales promotion materials to customers.
• Account for all receipt of goods, invoices, delivery tickets, cash collected, and product.
• Conduct inventory reconciliation in accordance with district procedures.
• Keep the company vehicle clean and organized at all times; perform pre‑ and post‑trip vehicle inspections.
• Perform all job functions safely and professionally.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 3 years of driving experience required.
• Preferred 1–2 years’ experience in a customer service position or a minimum of 1 year of related experience.
• Valid non‑CDL Class C driver’s license (unless otherwise indicated by state).
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. consistently.
• Ability to operate or willingness to learn material handling equipment (box truck, handcarts, etc.).
• Able to work independently, responsible for route, and work unsupervised 98 % of the work day.
