What You'll Do As a Retail Route Merchandiser

• Load, deliver, and merchandise items such as soft drinks, non-carbonated drinks, coffee products, cups, condiments, snack items, fresh food, and sundries to customer locations contracted by Five Star.
• Replenish market and vending items, clean and sanitize vending/micro market equipment and display areas, inventory items, and collect cash/coins within designated retail markets and vending locations.
• Rotate stock to ensure first-in, first-out product utilization in coolers, shelves, coffee racks, and vending machines.
• Assist management with communication to customers about new products or services.
• Set up merchandise and sales promotion displays, and distribute sales promotion materials.
• Execute company plan-o-grams and promotions.

General Requirements

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly, with frequent reaching, bending, and stooping.
• At least 21 years old (DOT) with a valid driver's license.
• Consent to pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Ability to follow safety policies and guidelines.
