Job summary

Max Distributing is seeking a Retail Merchandising & Route Representative to service Savannah area convenience store accounts. You will merchandise, stock shelves, build store relationships, and manage daily route schedules with a focus on visibility and sales.

The role welcomes candidates from retail, merchandising, or customer-facing backgrounds who are reliable, organized, and capable of working independently with a company vehicle provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, merchandising, or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
• Comfortable using mobile devices, reporting tools, and inventory systems.
• Ability to meet physical demands of merchandising and stocking products.

Responsibilities

• Service assigned convenience store accounts throughout your route.
• Merchandise and stock products to maximize visibility and sales.
• Maintain organized displays and execute planograms.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.
• Complete invoicing, order fulfillment, and daily reporting.
• Build strong relationships with store managers and employees.
• Visit multiple locations daily while managing your schedule efficiently.
