Max Distributing is seeking a Retail Merchandising & Route Representative to service convenience store accounts across the Houston, TX market. This role suits motivated professionals who enjoy independence, relationship-building, and making a visible impact every day.

Ideal candidates have backgrounds in retail, merchandising, customer service, delivery, hospitality, or related roles. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required, and a company vehicle is provided.

Responsibilities

• Service assigned convenience store accounts throughout your route.
• Merchandise and stock products to maximize visibility and sales.

• Complete invoicing, order fulfillment, and daily reporting.
• Build strong relationships with store managers and employees.
• Visit multiple locations daily while managing your schedule efficiently.

No direct DSD experience? That's okay. Candidates with backgrounds in retail, merchandising, customer service, delivery, hospitality, sales, account management, or other customer facing roles are encouraged to apply.

What You'll Do

• Service assigned convenience store accounts throughout your route
• Merchandise and stock products to maximize visibility and sales
• Maintain organized displays and execute planograms

What We're Looking For

• Ability to meet the physical demands of merchandising and stocking products
