Job summary

1-800-GOT-JUNK? is hiring Truck Team Members who enjoy staying active, working with people, and taking pride in a job done right. We offer full-time and part-time roles with 8-12 hour shifts, paid training, and uniform provided, plus performance-based awards and growth opportunities.

Expect $22-$26 per hour all-in (base pay + tips + bonuses). You will drive a company truck, walk customers through estimates, and assist with removal of furniture and other items while lifting 50-75+ lbs as needed.

Qualifications

• 21+ with a valid driver's license and clean driving record for the past 3 years
• Availability to work at least one weekend day
• Prior sales experience is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Head out with a teammate on a set route
• Drive a company truck to homes and businesses
• Walk customers through the service and estimates
• Remove items such as furniture, appliances, and other unwanted items
• Lift and carry 50-75+ lbs safely during jobs
• Divert items for donation, recycling, or disposal
• Communicate with operations to keep everything running smoothly
