Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Non-CDL or CDL Truck Driver to join our Transportation team in Charleston, WV. You will safely operate a company vehicle, deliver customer orders, and maintain accurate records while providing excellent service.

The role requires at least 21 years old with a valid license, able to lift 70 pounds, and pass DOT physicals and background checks. Competitive pay with weekday schedules and benefits for full-time drivers.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21 with a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• At least one year of route transportation experience (preferred).
• Lift at least 70 lbs and move bins up to 350 lbs; climb into truck cab.
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Pass pre-employment screenings including DOT physical.
• Three years of route transportation experience preferred.
• Handheld scanner proficiency.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in paperwork.
• Commitment to adhere to security procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain company vehicles following safety and regulatory procedures.
• Deliver customer orders and complete paperwork, including loading and routing without assistance.
• Collaborate with the operations team and customers to ensure high service levels.
