Job summary

Iron Mountain Incorporated is seeking a Non CDL Driver to join our Transportation team. You will safely operate a company vehicle, deliver customer orders, and provide excellent service while handling paperwork and route tasks.

The role requires a minimum 21 years old, a valid non CDL license, and the ability to meet DOT physicals. We offer health benefits, PTO, holidays, a 401(k) match, stock purchase program, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Valid non CDL driving license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and push/pull bins up to 350 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate and Maintain: Safely and efficiently operate and maintain company non CDL vehicles, strictly ensuring adherence to all security and regulatory procedures.
• Deliver and Document: Deliver timely customer orders and prepare accurate, complete paperwork and records, including loading, transporting, and driving the route without assistance.
• Collaborate for Service: Collaborate with the operations team and customers to ensure a high level of customer service and a seamless delivery and retrieval process.
