Job summary

First Choice Coffee Services is seeking a Route Driver to deliver pre-ordered products and equipment to customers along an assigned route. You will load orders, drive company vans 30–100 miles daily, and ensure accurate delivery while building rapport with customer contacts and decision-makers.

Responsibilities include answering product inquiries, reconciling daily loads, and maintaining professionalism with customers. Requires a valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license for at least 2 years.
• Past driving experience preferred.
• Repeatedly lift and carry coffee and bottled water products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to climb in and out of delivery vehicle multiple times per day.

Responsibilities

• Load orders at the warehouse for delivery to customers.
• Drive company-owned vans and trucks 30 to 100 miles daily to transport products and equipment to customers.
• Accurately deliver orders to customer sites and place products and equipment in designated areas.
• Build rapport and maintain relationships with contacts and decision-makers at customer sites.
• Respond to inquiries from customers about available products and services.
• Reconcile products remaining on the delivery vehicle at end of workday against products loaded onto vehicle for delivery at the beginning of workday to identify any losses.
• Maintain a professional and courteous manner in all interactions with customers and members of the public.
