Job summary

Daniels Health & Sharpsmart is hiring a CDL Class B Driver to operate a 26 ft box truck in the Shakopee, MN area, collecting medical waste containers and delivering superior customer service. A $3k sign-on bonus is offered, with $1k after 30 days and $2k after 90 days.

Qualifications

• CDL Class B license and DOT medical card are required.

Responsibilities

• Safely collecting, delivering and storing our medical waste containers at customer locations.
• Providing strong customer service and building positive customer relationships.
• Operating vehicles in a safe manner (26 ft box trucks).
• Completing deliveries on time and communicating changes or challenges as they arise.
• Loading and unloading; organizing your truck per schedule and needs.
• Managing a route per leadership's direction and delivering timely service.
• Complying with DOT regulations, logging hours and roadside inspections.
• Heavy lifting required.
• Delivery experience with a 26 foot box truck.
• Driving in industries with manual handling.
• Experience with pre-trip and post-trip vehicle evaluations.
• Maintain a clean driving record.

Medical Waste/Sharps Class B Driver $3k Sign-On Bonus! 6554

We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer focused CDL Class B Driver to operate a 26 foot box truck across the Shakopee, MN area. You will be collecting sharps and medical waste containers from our healthcare customer locations and delivering a high level of customer service daily.

Location: 1087 Park Pl #150, Shakopee, MN 55379

This position is offering a $3k sign-on bonus for new hires. $1k paid after 30 days of employment and $2k paid after 90 days of employment!

Job Responsibilities and Requirements

• Safelycollecting, delivering and storing our medical waste containers at customer locations
• Providing strong customer service and building positive customer relationships
• Operating vehicles in a safe manner (as large as 26 ft box trucks)
• Completing deliveries to time schedule, and clearly communicating changes or challenges as they arise
• Loading and unloading | Prioritizing and organizing your truck per schedule and needs
• Managing a route per leaderships direction | delivering timely, efficient and effective service
• Complying with DOT regulations, logging hours and roadside inspections
• Heavy lifting!!!
• Delivery experience within a26 foot box truck
• Driving within any industry where you have dealt with manual handling
• Experience with pre-trip and post-trip vehicle evaluations
• Clean driving record
• Valid DOT medical card
• A flexible, can-do attitude with a strong customer focus
• Experience with DOT compliance, logging hours, roadside inspections
• Confident in a road check level 1 through level 3
