Job summary

Crystal Clean is hiring a Route Driver Class B Box Truck to provide on-site service at customer facilities, operate equipment, and build strong customer relationships. You will follow safety guidelines, inspect your vehicle, and work with team members to meet branch targets.

A CDL-B with Med Card, Airbrake, and HAZMAT is required or in process. The role offers a competitive salary with bonuses and a $2,000 sign-on bonus, plus benefits and growth opportunities within a dynamic environmental

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with required CDL and certifications (Med Card, Airbrake, HAZMAT).
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot vehicle and equipment; comfortable with technology.
• Route sales experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver services at customer facilities using our equipment and maintain safety guidelines.
• Inspect vehicle and equipment and align work orders to minimize travel time.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and pursue additional services.
• Work with the branch team to meet quotas and contribute to bonuses where applicable.

What You'll Do

• Deliver Top-Notch Service: Provide essential services at customer facilities, including parts washing units and waste drum pickup, using our state-of-the-art equipment.
• Ensure Safety and Efficiency: Adhere to all safety guidelines, inspect your vehicle and equipment, and align work orders to minimize travel time.
• Cultivate Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, pursue additional services, and generate new business opportunities.
• Achieve Goals: Working as a team to meet the branch quota to potentially earn a bonus.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong Communicator: Excellent communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Customer-Focused: Ability to engage effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in operating various equipment, including electronic devices and truck gear.
• Experienced: Route sales experience is a plus, but not required.
• Certified: High School diploma or equivalent, with a Class B CDL, Med Card, Airbrake, and HAZMAT certifications.
• Problem Solving: Independently navigate with customers to solve problems.

Physical Requirements

• Lift materials weighing up to 80lbs regularly.
• Handle and maneuver drums of waste/product, sometimes exceeding 400lbs.
• Administrative duties as assigned.
• Complete a pre-employment physical and drug screening.

Work Environment

• Diverse work settings with varying noise levels.
• Frequent physical activity including bending, lifting, and climbing.
• Must be able to work in harsh weather environment.

We are currently offering a $2000 SIGN ON BONUS!!

The compensation for this role is comprised of a weekly base salary, plus bonuses and uncapped commission. Actual total earnings will vary based on performance and location and may fall outside of the range shown. Average Annual Earnings: $70,000-$85,000 plus a year and includes benefits such as the following:
