We are looking for an experienced Glass Delivery Route Driver in the Phoenix, AZ area!

Shift & Schedule:

Weekdays, home daily

Hourly Wages: $24.00 - $27.00

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 25 years old
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Class B CDL with a clean driving record/MVR
• At least 2 years of experience in glass delivery, including loading/unloading (construction industry & load securement), without certification
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers
• Knowledge of DOT requirements
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of vehicle repair and maintenance
• Familiarity with delivery responsibilities
• Valid driver’s license (Class B CDL), acceptable MVR, and current DOT Medical card
• Ability to meet scheduling requirements as outlined by the Shipping Manager
• Pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Maintain accurate vehicle mileage logs (electronic and paper)
• Complete paperwork correctly (shipping/return slips)
• Check and secure loads properly
• Track delivery and pick-up of racks accurately
• Log patterns and returned items
• Load truck as needed
• Obtain customer signatures on receipts for pickups or deliveries
• Pass DOT-regulated drug/alcohol screening
• Adhere to all DOT guidelines
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues effectively
• Maintain good attendance and work ethic
• Perform other duties as assigned
