Job summary

Sodexo in Elgin, IL is seeking a Route Driver (Base Pay + Commission) to deliver vending, self-checkout, and office coffee service products on an early weekday route. You will ensure accurate stocking and use your customer service skills to understand and meet client needs.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and are at least 21 years old. Full-time benefits are provided as part of the Sodexo package.

Responsibilities

• Drive a vehicle on assigned routes with appropriate safety compliance.
• Deliver product orders to customers to ensure continuous supply.
• Ensure customer areas are stocked (vending, office coffee service).
• Arrive on time for scheduled shifts and maintain regular attendance.
• Perform other duties as required by client needs.
