Phillips Pet Food & Supplies in Earth City, MO is seeking a Class B CDL Route Driver to deliver pet food and supplies on a dedicated 26-foot truck with liftgate. You will run a fixed route with multiple customer stops and ensure safe, on-time deliveries while representing a team-oriented, safety-focused culture.

Applicants must have a valid Class B CDL with 2+ years of delivery experience, a strong driving record, and knowledge of DOT regulations.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class B CDL and at least 2 years of delivery driving experience.
• Ability to pass FMCSA Clearinghouse checks if applicable.
• Strong driving record and clean background.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety practices.
• Physically able to load/unload and handle palletized delivery.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pet food and supplies using a 26-foot box truck with liftgate.
• Unload product using electric pallet jacks and/or 2-wheel dollies.
• Run a dedicated delivery route with multiple customer stops.
• Safely maneuver and park in tight delivery locations.
• Transport equipment to vendors and repair facilities as needed.
• Complete daily logs and required documentation.
• Protect company equipment and maintain required certifications.
• Contribute to a strong, safety-first culture.

Weekly Schedule Expectations

You’ll work a consistent, structured schedule:

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
• Off on Wednesdays and weekends
• Must be available for one overnight layover (hotel provided)

Compensation & Benefits

• $26.00/hour + Safety Bonus
