Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a delivery driver to complete deliveries and pickups on assigned routes, ensuring accurate, safe, and courteous service. The role involves coordination with city counter management, documenting forms, and maintaining the delivery vehicle per policy.

Responsibilities include route adherence, load accuracy checks, and upholding safety standards. Spanish language skills are highly desired, with opportunities for trainer duties and broader DC leadership involvement.

Qualifications

• Clean driving record with the appropriate license required by state.
• Ability to read and match numerical and alphabetical characters quickly and accurately.
• Maintain a professional appearance and a positive, respectful attitude.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous driving experience.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Deliver store orders safely and on time using a company vehicle.
• Communicate with city counter management about parts delivery to stores on assigned routes.
• Manage delivery/pickup forms for stores, city counter, and outside vendors.
• Ensure that O’Reilly delivery vehicle is maintained according to company policy.
• Deliver all orders accurately to the correct locations.
• Follow specific route schedules and times set forth by supervisor.
• Quality check loads before loading to ensure correct parts have been pulled for stores and that all parts are accounted for.
• Maintain safety standards while operating and identify unsafe practices and situations.
• All other duties as assigned by the DC Management team.
