Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a delivery driver to transport parts and products to our stores and distribution centers across the region. You will operate company vehicles, manage stock transfers, and maintain accurate route manifests while upholding safety and customer service standards.

The role requires adherence to driving policies, timely deliveries, and professional interaction with store staff. Ability to adapt to changing routes and fluency in multiple languages is a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Good interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations.
• Driving record must meet the standard set in the company's 14/18-point record system.

Responsibilities

• Deliver parts and/or products to O’Reilly stores and distribution centers safely and efficiently.
• Drive company vehicle to deliver parts and products to stores and distribution centers; maintain required licenses and driving eligibility.
• Pickup and sign for stock transfers at each stop on route; deliver to the correct store.
• Maintain daily city route manifest and ensure invoices are verified and signed by store personnel.
• Keep fleet/fuel card, vehicle, and keys secure; follow accident report guidelines if needed.
• Report delays per route to supervisor; communicate issues to store management.
• Present a professional image and maintain customer relations; communicate special needs to-store management.
• Clock in/out as per policy; log vehicle maintenance needs and fuel levels daily.
• Drive safely and defensively; ensure vehicle is secured at end of day.
